Abstract
The molecular vibration spectroscopy of the first pure organic ferromagneti c compound, P-phase of para-nitrophenyl nitronyl nitroxide (beta p-NPNN)I h as been studied by Raman spectroscopy. A primary assignment for the Raman s pectrum of beta p-NPNN is made and this will serve as a base for future stu dies of ferromagnetism of this material when the environment conditions (te mperature, pressure, and so on) are changed.
