Abstract
Four novel compounds-two sesquiterpene phenylpropanoid derivatives, pallido nes G (1) and H (2), and two sesquiterpene chromone derivatives, pallidones I (3) and J (4)-have been isolated from the roots of Ferula pallida. Their structures were determined on the basis of NMR and HREIMS evidence.
