Abstract
We report on paravertebral extravasation of water soluble contrast med ium seen during lumbar myelography and/or subsequent post myelogram CT in 10 patients, This is an uncommon feature of lumbar myelography occ urring in less than 1% of cases in our experience and which has not be en previously documented.
