Abstract
We report evidence that for a class of fragile-glass formers; the excess sp ecific heat in the supercooled state near the glass transition temperature can be scaled by a parameter defined as the product of temperature and conf igurational entropy. We also show that the scaling does not hold for some a lcohols and thus it can be used to classify the glass formers.
