Abstract
We describe a patient with peripheral T cell lymphoma of the Waldeyer's rin g that ran a highly aggressive course. This is followed by a discussion on the differential diagnoses of nasal T/NK cell lymphoma and Ki-1 ALCL, based on clinical and pathological features.
