Abstract
A 64 year old man with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma developed extremely troubleso me chylous pleural effusions following effective chemotherapy. With the pre -operative use of olive oil, a diffuse leakage of lymph was seen at thoraco tomy. Oversewing was performed eventually resulting in an excellent outcome .
