Abstract
The inverse suspension of partially neutralised acrylic acid was investigat ed and it was shown that variations of initiator and surfactant concentrati ons had little effect on the rate of reaction, but that a minimum initiator concentration and maximum stirring rate existed. The apparent activation e nergy was found to be very high with respect to literature values.
