H. Fischer et al., Application of immobilized free radicals in supercritical fluid chromatography hyphenated with proton nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy, MAGN RES CH, 38(5), 2000, pp. 336-342
Immobilized free radicals were synthesized and used to shorten the spin-lat
tice relaxation times of analytes in the hyphenation of supercritical fluid
chromatography (SFC) with proton high-field nuclear magnetic resonance spe
ctroscopy (NMR). The effect of the immobilized free radicals was studied fo
r the first time under online SFC-NMR coupling conditions. With this method
it was possible to obtain integratable NMR spectra in on-line continuous-f
low SFC-H-1 NMR spectroscopy. Copyright (C) 2000 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.
