Abstract
Stoichiometric proportionalities were derived that can be used to convert r eported BOD values of organic wastes to C, N and P estimates. Ratios to app roximate the dissolved inorganic fractions of N and P from reported TN and TP values were also obtained. Stoichiometric ratios were determined for var ious kinds of organic waste load.
