Abstract
The dielectric response of PMN-PZN-PT relaxor ferroelectric ceramics has be en investigated under various external fields. The analysis demonstrated th at the influence of increasing DC bins and AC drive is in contrast: increas ing bias results in a decrease in the dielectric constant and a reduction i n the degree of frequency dispersion, whereas increasing drive results in a n increase and a broadening. Based on the concept of slow dipoles and froze n dipoles, the DC bias field and AC drive field dependencies have been disc ussed. (C) 2000 Elsevier Science B.V. AII rights reserved.
