Abstract
Clinico-radiological assessment of three mentally retarded members of a large Bedouin kindred showed lissencephaly, spastic paraparesis, myo clonic epilepsy and cerebellar hypoplasia. It seems that the familial association of lissencephaly/myoclonic epilepsy/cerebellar hypoplasia represents a new entity.
