Abstract
2,3 Dimercapto-propanol (2,3 DMP) is electrochemically inactive, but in com plex combination with nickel it forms two characteristic waves: (1)-a preso dium wave and (2)-a hydrogen catalytic wave. The main parameters affecting these waves were studied, namely: nickel-, ammonium chloride-, and ammonium hydroxide concentration, ionic strength and buffer capacity.
