Abstract
The system Co(II)-sulfanilic acid in unbuffered medium behaves polarographi cally in a complicated manner, producing the main process encountered in th e catalytic currents section. The behaviour of this system was similar with cobalt-sodium nitrohydroxylaminate, in buffered media. The aim of this pap er is to study the catalytic cobalt and hydrogen discharge in the Co(II)-su lfanilic acid, with the purpose of obtaining new experimental results conce rning the catalytic reactions of amino and sulfonic groups.
