Abstract
Internal pH gradients for sorbents with grafted oligoethyleneamines were ob
tained by using single-component eluents containing weak protolytes. The sh
apes of the experimental pH profiles were explained. The experimental and c
alculated pH profiles were compared. An approach to selecting the sorbent,
initial solution, and eluent in order to obtain a desired elution profile w
as proposed.
