Kinetic patterns of deposition of metals from condensed metal-containing media under IR laser irradiation

Experimental data on 30 reactions of local laser-induced deposition of meta ls from condensed metal-containing media were analyzed; the media contained transition metal complexes with inorganic or organic ligands as active com ponents. In the semilogarithmic coordinates of the generalized Arrhenius-Er ofeev-Avrami equation, there exist three types of linear kinetic correlatio ns. The corresponding sensitivity and granulation correlations were determi ned.
