Abstract
It was demonstrated that gas diffusion can be used to analyze the structure of polymer layers in two-layer composite membranes with surface layers of different thicknesses. Composite surface layers were found to be nonuniform in thickness, with the specific resistance to gas how exceeding that for h omogeneous films by an order of magnitude.
