A model of ideal clathrate solutions was developed to treat the formation o
f gas hydrates in gas mixtures. A relative distribution coefficient is intr
oduced to characterize the distribution of the gas components between the s
olid and gas phases. It is shown that the degree of concentration of an ind
ividual impurity (and the relative distribution coefficient) largely depend
s on the composition of the gas mixture, its temperature, and pressure. The
conditions of formation of hydrates and the characteristics of the redistr
ibution of components typical of industrial emergence emissions into the at
mosphere are evaluated. It is found that hydrates largely contain industria
l pollutants.
