We report the case of a 52-year-old man who had incessant ventricular tachy
cardia despite treatment with antiarrhythmic agents. Placement of an implan
table cardioverter/ defibrillator, radiofrequency ablation, and antitachyca
rdia pacing were ineffective. He underwent intraoperative arrhythmia mappin
g and cryoablation at our institution. Eighteen months later, he remained f
ree of arrhythmia. He was in New York Heart Association functional class II
