Abstract
Experimental evidence was obtained in favor of the existence of the fine st ructure of the interface region in the liquid-liquid system far from equili brium. The predominant interface phenomenon in the liquid-liquid system pro ved to be the formation of dispersed layers, whose occurrence and evolution determine the mass and momentum transfer through the interface.
