Abstract
Tipula (Odonatisca)gouldeni new species is described and illustrated from a dult specimens collected in the Lake Hovsgol area in northcentral Mongolia. This new species is most similar to T. (O.) nodicornis Meigen (northern Pa learctic), based on antennal, male and female genitalic structures, but dif fers in several features including wing color and morphology of the male in ner gonostyle.
