Abstract
Primary breast cancer in aberrant axillary breast tissue is rare, Brea st cancer in the axilla is most often due to lymph node metastases fi- om an ipsilateral breast tumor or from an occult primary lesion, We de scribe two patients with primary breast cancer in aberrant breast tiss ue in the axilla, and review the literature to define guidelines for d iagnosis and treatment.
