Abstract
A new iridoid glucoside, 5-desoxysesamoside, was isolated from Phlomis tube
rosa L. (Lamiaceae) together with three known iridoid glucosides sesamoside
, shanziside methyl ester and lamalbid. Lamiide was found in P. herba-venti
s ssp. pungens in high concentrations.
