Abstract
Hypertension is estimated to affect 43 to 56 million adults or 24% to 31% o
f US population and is emerging as a major health problem in some countries
in the Third World.(1-3) Hypertension contributes to all the major atheros
clerotic cardiovascular disease outcomes.
