Abstract
Isolated rectal atresia in the girl with a normal anal canal is extrem ely rare, and its association with a fistula has not been reported in the literature. A B-year-old girl who had a unique combination of rect al atresia and rectovestibular fistula was treated successfully by a p osterior sagittal approach. Copyrights 1997 by W.B. Saunders Company.
