The experimental results of the particle deposition effects in the turbulen
t fluidised bed granulation have been presented. These results proved the a
ssumed coagulation effect of the aerosol particles. The dynamics of impact
and description of interaction forces: particle-particle and particle-colle
ctor has been analysed. The influence such parameters as gas velocity and v
arious concentration of the binder solution on the rate of simultaneously p
rocesses: coagulation and deposition has been examined. The mechanism via B
rownian and turbulent coagulation and inertial deposition was discussed. Th
e mathematical description of these simultaneously processes rate was propo
sed.
