Abstract
The luminescent properties and device characteristics of ZnxMg1-xS:Mn thin
films have been investigated by photoluminescence (PL) and electroluminesce
nce (EL). The blue shift of the Mn2+ emission band in PL and EL has been cl
early observed in the whole composition range. The chemical shift of the Mn
2+ emission band in ZnxMg1-xS has been discussed consistently in the framew
