Abstract
No appreciable changes of the quadrupole frequencies nu(sigma) show th e charge states of Cu(1) and Cu(2) are not changed by the Pr substitut ion in Y1-xPrx Ba2Cu3O7 and Gd1-xPrxBa2Cu3O7 as well as deoxygenated Y 1-xPrxBa2Cu3O6. We confirm the antiferromagnetic ordering of Cu(2) mom ents for x>0.6, indicating that electronic state is localized for Pr d oping and Cu moments are induced.
