Abstract
Free fat graft interposition has been used extensively in management of phy seal injuries with established growth disturbances. The use of this techniq ue as part of the management of acute physeal injuries has not been reporte d, Here we report on its application in acute physeal injuries, where it ha s prevented the formation of an anticipated physeal arrest.
