Abstract
A semiquantitative overpressured layer chromatographic purity test has been transferred from the quality-control development laboratory to the in-proc ess laboratory. The steps and acceptance criteria of this analytical transf er are detailed, The reproducibility of some performance characteristics (R -F values characterizing specificity of the method, and detection limits) i s reported.
