Abstract
Extensive investigations on the influence of diastereomeric ratios of deoxy ribonucleoside phosphoramidites on stereo-reproducibility of solid phase sy nthesis of phosphorothioate oligodeoxyribonucleotides via the phosphoramidi te approach indicate that the process is stereoreproducible and under inher ent process control.
