Abstract
The aminoglycosidic antibiotic, neomycin B, is an inhibitor of the binding of Rev to RRE. This paper reports on the synthesis of analogs of neomycin B as potential anti-MN compounds designed to function as inhibitors of Rev/R RE binding.
