Gluon impact factors - art. no. 094005

We calculate in the next-to-leading approximation the nonforward gluon impa ct factors for an arbitrary color state in the t channel. In the case of th e octet state we check the so-called "second bootstrap condition" for gluon Reggeization in QCD, using the integral representation for the impact fact ors. The condition is satisfied in the general case of an arbitrary space-t ime dimension and massive quark flavors for both helicity conserving and no nconserving parts.
