Abstract
A large phase-matched spectral bandwidth of 220 nm with simultaneous a ngular acceptance reaching 83 mrad was achieved in detection of near-i nfrared radiation by critically phase-matched up-conversion utilising for the Dst time the technique of dispersion matching in a beta barium berate crystal and the commonly available YAG:Nd laser radiation as t he pump.
