Abstract
We report a case of arteriovenous malformation of the brainstem, revealed b y a progressive right pyramidal syndrome and an atrophy of the left hemi-to ngue in a man presenting a Rendu-Osler-Weber disease. After embolization th e clinical course was stationary.
