Abstract
Patients with invasive bladder cancer could be at a higher risk for a secon d malignancy such as an unsuspected prostate cancer. We report a case of mu scle-invasive transitional cell carcinoma of the urinary bladder with incid ental adenocarcinoma of prostate, and review the literature to highlight th e importance of complete prostatic removal to prevent residual disease.
