We present the case of a young patient with Ewing's sarcoma of the facial z
ygomatic area bones. This type of tumor in a very young child is a rare eve
nt and poses significant diagnostic and therapeutic challenges for the atte
nding physician. In this case, the diagnosis was made by a computed tomogra
phy scan with subsequent histological confirmation. The differential diagno
