Abstract
The development of tumor cell resistance to chemotherapy has led to the pot ential application of immuno-gene therapy in the treatment of drug resistan t tumors. However, tumor cells develop cross-resistance to immunotherapy an d resistance to immune-mediated apoptotic mechanisms. Therefore, imunosensi tization of tumor cells is required to overcome their resistance to immunot herapy.
