Abstract
In this work we report the first synthesis of imines by activation with mic rowaves. We have observed that diastereofacial selectivity in the reduction of imines derived from (R)-1-cyclohexylethylamine depends on: solvent, tem perature, hydride reagent and absolute configuration of the corresponding i mine.
