Autoim mune disorders with systemic vasculitis are a major cause of marginal kerat itis, and in this patient, the diagnosis of Churg-Strauss was confirmed cli nically and pathologically. Conclusions. Churg-Strauss syndrome should be c onsidered in the differential diagnosis of marginal keratitis.
