Abstract
Two cases of uterine endometrial stromal ma whose main mass was located in uterine myometrium metrium are reported. They mimicked uterine leiomyoma wi th cystic degeneration or uterine leiomyosarcoma . Endometrial stromal sarc oma should be suggested in the differential diagnosis of mass lesion in ute rine myometrium.
