Abstract
The results of experimental research of behaviour of microparticles in plas ma of inductive radiofrequency discharge are presented. The experiments wer e performed in inert gases with monodisperse and polydisperse particles. Th e discharge was initiated by radio-frequency power supply at 27 and 100 MHz . There are presented different kinds of dusty particle structures and cond itions of their formation.
