Abstract
Measurements of the damping of plasma waves in two-dimensional pools o f negative ions trapped below the free surface of superfluid He-4 have been used to obtain ripplon-limited ionic mobilities at very low temp eratures. The results are compared with earlier measurements on positi ve ions and with theory.
