Abstract
New biologically interesting 3-(5-imidazo[2,1-b]thiazolylmethylene)-2-indol inones have been investigated by using X-ray crystallography, mass spectrom etry, tandem mass spectrometry and theoretical calculations. The study has allowed to obtain information on the structural characterization of the ste reoisomers and their conformational properties. (C) 2000 Elsevier Science B .V. All rights reserved.
