Abstract
Posttransplant lymphoproliferative disorder (PTLD) is a known complication of solid organ and bone marrow transplantation. However, cutaneous manifest ation is an extremely rare phenomenon of this disorder We describe a lung t ransplantation patient with cutaneous PTLD who presented with bilateral ext remity nodules and fever.
