Abstract
A rotating cryostat, under examination, to study quantum liquids at di lution refrigerator temperatures is described. The specific features i nclude continuous operation with 3He J-T precooled dilution refrigerat or and very smooth rotation for the study of quantum liquids such as s ubmonolayer 4He films in well defined porous glasses.
