Dw. Jung et al., Polarization effects on W boson pair production with an extra neutral gauge boson at the e(+)e(-) linear collider, J KOR PHYS, 36(5), 2000, pp. 258-264
We perform a comprehensive analysis of the polarization effects on the e(+)
e(-) --> W+W- process in the presence of an extra neutral gauge boson at th
e future e(+)e(-) linear collider energies. The sensitivity for probing the
Z-Z' mixing is substantially enhanced when the polarizations of the produc
ed W bosons and the incident beams are considered. We find that the chi-mod
el and the left-right model get stricter constraints from the cross section
for both longitudinally polarized W bosons while the psi-model and the eta
-model get stricter bounds from the beam polarization asymmetry.
