Abstract
We calculate d(gamma, K+) inclusive cross sections with the full inclusion of the final Lambda N - Sigma N interaction. Modern hyperon-nucleon forces and a recently updated production operator for the gamma + N --> K+ + Y pro cess are used. Significant effects of the hyperon-nucleon final-state inter action have been found especially around the K(+)Sigma N threshold.
