New developments in operative hysteroscopy

For the past several years, few developments have been made in operative hy steroscopy to change therapeutic procedures for the treatment of benign ute rine conditions. New instrumentation, however, has recently contributed to the safety of operative hysteroscopy. This article discusses developments i n fluid management systems, resectoscopes, and hysteroscopes.
