Abstract
Congenital abnormalities of the portal venous system are rare. There are fe w radiological descriptions of intrahepatic portosystemic venous shunt dete cted in the perinatal period. We report a congenital portosystemic shunt th at was detected by US and treated with coil embolisation in the neonatal pe riod.
