Abstract
Gas-phase equilibria involving beryllium, calcium, strontium, and barium ta ntalates were studied by high-temperature mass spectrometry. Standard entha lpies of formation and atomization of BeTaO3, CaTaO3, SrTaO3, BaTaO3, and B aTaO2 molecules were determined.
